Nothing can beat this preparation of chicken, for all those who like BBQ or grill.
Ingredients:
▪Chicken drumsticks
▪Ginger garlic paste
▪Lemon
▪Cashew paste
▪Cream cheese
▪Garam Masala / All spice powder
▪Salt, Pepper
First marinate:
Make slits on drumsticks. Squeeze some lemon juice and ginger garlic paste. Mix it well and place in refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours.
Second marinate:
▪For about 1.5 kgs of drumstick, say about 15 nos, you will need 100 gms of cream cheese.
▪Grind about 20-25 cashews to make smooth paste.
▪Mix cheese, cashew paste, black pepper salt and 2 tablespoons oil to make smooth paste. Add chicken and mix well.
Tip: If your marinade is not holding to chicken, you can add little gram flour.
Keep the marinated chicken in fridge for another 2 hours at least.
You can cook the chicken on BBQ, Oven or even on grill pan. While cooking keep brushing with little oil, which will keep your kebabs succulent & juicy and avoid being dry from inside.
