Ingredients:
Minced meat(keema) 1 kg
Onion chopped finally n thn put the chopped onion in malmal cloth n drain the onion water make sure their is no water left in the onion 1/2 kg
Green chilies chopped 5
Corrinder chopped one bunch
Whole coriander 2 tablespoon roast and chop it
Zeera 2 tablespoon roast it
While red chili 2tablespon roast n make powder
Mango powder 2 pinch
Black salt a pinch
Salt as per taste
Dry garlic n ginger powder 1 tablespoon
Mix the following ingredients in the keema n rest in fridge for about 3hours or over night its better..
Soak 1kg rice
For gravy
Onions 5 medium thinly sliced
Tomatoes half kg
Yogurt 1cup
Dry plum 10
Red chili as taste
Garlic paste 2 tablespoon
Green Chilies chopped 8
Salt as needed
Clove 4
Zeera 2 tablespoon
Green cardamom 3
In a pan slightly saute the onion..then add zeera..cloves..cardamom..bay leaves 3 then roast them 5 min then add garlic paste n roast for 4 min then add tomatoes…red chili…salt n cook until oil comes up then add plums(soak the plums in warm water) then add yogurt n keep on low flame for 10 min…
Make seekh kabab n fry them put them in separate bowl…then heat the coal well place a foil paper on the kabab n put little oil on coal n cover the bowl….
Then boil the rice put layer of masala n chopped coriander…then again layer the same way…then put the kababs on top and give dum on low flame
